Who Is ELLO?
Elizabeth Omizo is the founder of ELLO Holistic Health. Elizabeth was born and raised with her three siblings in Minnesota. She attended Perpich Arts High School as a dance major and graduated with honors. After graduation, she moved to British Colombia, to continue her education at Quest University Canada. There her love of understanding the human body grew when she took her first exercise physiology class. She knew it was what she wanted to study, but it was a limited topic there at that time. Knowing she wanted to move back to the United States, she returned to Minnesota to attend St Catherine University in St Paul. She graduated Cum Laude from St Catherine University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sport Science.
Elizabeth was planning on attending physical therapy school, but her husband’s military career has moved them. Since then, she has found her passion for holistic health. She is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, as well as Health and Wellness Coach through the American Fitness Professionals Association (AFPA), and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. She is also a certified barre instructor through The International Ballet Barre Fitness Association and has completed the Baby Bare Certification on neural development.
Having worked for years as a cook, she loves finding healthy and delicious foods for her family. She loves to be active whether it’s going for a walk with a friend, lifting weights at the gym, or going out salsa dancing with her sister. Elizabeth has had a very full schedule and has seen how her circumstances directly affect her health. She has seen her father work to manage chronic illness most of her life, and her goal is to make being healthy simple.
This is the best way to contact ELLO Holistic Health. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for reaching out!
